Where to start?

There are many factors affecting your mental health and, in turn, many factors of mental health that impact your day-to-day. If you’re experiencing a challenging time, you may not be sleeping well, feeling more tired than usual, unable to focus or experiencing something deeper and of more concern. Tap “Chat now” on the app’s Today tab and then tap the mental wellness assistant to get the conversation going – this is your space and time to reflect on how you’re currently feeling.


Follow-up questions

Once the conversation picks up with SOUL AI, you may want to dig deeper and potentially look into some action-oriented results. Tap the action button (plus sign) in the chat – it triggers content suggestions such as meditations or blog articles, or advice on, for example, how to tackle anxiety with cognitive reframing. The tool’s supportive language provides insight on how to handle stress factors and support to nurture inner peace.


Expert resources

Meditopia takes a complete approach to mental wellness by embedding the tools and resources found in the app, including relaxing breathing exercises and sounds, with SOUL AI’s responses – these are shared via the action button in your chat with the mental wellness assistant.
