Using this to recover from my gym classes

I’m loving this app! There’s couple of little things that would be awesome and can improve the overall experience of the app. 1. I know nothing about the anatomy of the body, rather than selecting through all the tabs to find my specific pain, why not allow me to click on the body when diagnosing the pain? 2. Countdown between stretches. Soon as I click ‘next’ it jumps me straight to the next one. Meaning I’ve got to reset the timer. 3. Build your routine, it’s impossible NOT to click on an item, even if your scrolling through the content. 4. What if you don’t have the correct equipment? I think it would be great if we could filter equipment we don’t have, so we don’t view videos we can’t do based on equipment

Great app some glitches

I’m Spartacus
The content is good but some glitches. example; when you record a walk on Strava, recover tells you it was a great run… even a short walk! Also the info button can get locked sometimes as is too big for phone screen so you have to close app and go back- bit frustrating if you’re in the middle of a session of different excepciones though.

Nice app but seems like some teething problems. Used my strava subscription to sign up, but the app forgets this every time it’s closed. Soreness tracker a nice feature but interface not completely intuitive- e.g. i’ve accidentally removed a body part from the soreness list and now apparently no way to add it back. Other than that, I like the set workouts and the ability to design custom workouts and will probably be 5 stars once teething issues sorted.

I like the app but needs a way to keep track of the routines and programs you’ve done. It does show you what you’ve completed against your goal, but you can’t go back to check or update. I mistakenly saved one, but wanted to update the soreness level and publish to strava, but I couldn’t find it.
