However, LOTS MORE fun and entertaining games and activities are available if you purchase a monthly or yearly subscription. While you are subscribed you can play with EVERYTHING. We regularly add new stuff, so subscribed users will enjoy ever-expanding play opportunities. • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to the rate of the selected subscription plan. • You can change your mind at any point. Cancelling can be done through your iTunes settings. • Your subscription will auto-renew at the cost of the chosen package unless you cancel it 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. My child enjoys this app so much. He’s an early reader, and loves maths. It helps him progress, without being too boring and is perfectly designed for children to feel motivated and excited to see and find out more. I can’t rate it high enough, there are t enough stars.

In order to fix this please delete the app from your device, switch off your device for a few minutes, then re-install it (being sure to use the same iTunes account that you used for the original purchase) and tap on Restore Purchase. Beware of trick “free” trial

Sadly my girlfriends downloaded this app for my son. And understood there was a free trial. The bad thing is that after this 7 day free trial the app automatically purchased a annual subscription for €50!Looking back at the app you see this announced in a very small text underneath. It seems to me that this trick is totally unacceptable and should not be allowed by the Apple. Can i please get my money back??

Hello. Sorry you mistakenly subscribed to Hungry Caterpillar Play School. To be clear, when you open the app, the first page you see displays the monthly and annual subscription prices. You cannot start the free trial without first selecting one. You then have to get through a parent gate and enter your iTunes password in order to agree to the free trial. That first page also explains that subscription will be charged at the end of the free trial unless cancelled, and gives instructions on how to cancel it. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to refund you directly as the app was purchased from the App Store. You will find a link to a refund option on the receipt of purchase which Apple sent you via email. Alternatively you could contact Apple at: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1933.
