I hate when apps make you create an account and only then let you know there is nothing you get without supscription plan. Its a stealth of personal data, nothing more. If you dont offer a free plan you should let user know and display a pricing before forcing account creation. According to gdpr I want my personal data deleter from your database for good. Let me know when its done.

Hi there, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. You get a free trial to test it out, and you can cancel before it expires so you won't be charged. I can absolutely help you delete your account. Very unpleasant switch from free trial to costy YEARLY subscription...Makes me wanna delete the app imediatelly

Hi Urska, I'm so sorry for the confusion with how our app works. TinyTap is a free app! You can sign up for a free trial of our Premium version. With it you get access to extra features such as free content. If you want to go back to the basic version, you can change your subscription at anytime. Please know that when you download any subscription free trials, they do automatically renew unless you turn this feature off in settings. Since it wasn't done before your free trial ended, you ended up receiving a bill. You can update and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID,- detailed instructions here: https://support.apple.com/en-il/HT202039. iTunes has your payment information, the bill you automatically received was directly from iTunes- That's how iTunes work with all apps, even Apple Music. They are well aware that people subscribe to apps by mistake and so you should definitely request a refund from them. In addition, I strongly recommend request from iTunes a refund directly through this link reportaproblem.apple.com and keep me posted as to what is determined - brooke@tinytap.it - or if you have any more questions.
