When I have orbstack running for a few days, my containers almost invariably stop and show the following error:

iex(2)> OS monotonic time stepped backwards!
Previous time: 29584617501107
Current time:  29584615773230
Aborted

The issue is readily resolved by either rebooting orbstack or running:

iex --erl "+c false" -S mix phx.server

This might not be something that can be fixed, but I figured that I should open an issue.
