🌟 As we wrap up the year, I wanted to share a recent moment that truly captured the heart of the season and the heart of IAB & IAB Tech Lab. 🌟 A few weeks ago, team members from across the org came together across departments, titles, and to-do lists, to create something small, yet deeply meaningful: handmade cards for kids. 💌 This volunteer event, organized by our Culture Connect Committee, was more than just a break in the day. It was a beautiful reminder of what happens when connection, creativity, and community collide. Each card bursting with stickers, doodles, kind words, and humor—will be delivered to children who could use a little extra joy this season. 🎨🦓💛 The Culture Connect Committee has quietly become the heartbeat of our culture turning big ideas into real connection, and transforming our values from slide decks into shared moments. From meaningful events and Slack conversations to moments like this they remind us that culture is lived, not listed.🙌 Leadership that’s not about title, but about showing up To every team member who paused to participate: thank you for making space to make someone smile.
