This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Springtown Labs Inc. ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Loopsy iOS app ("App"). Your continued use signifies consent.

  • Usage Data – Feature interactions, session length, crash logs.
  • Device Data – Device model, OS version, language, coarse IP address.
  • Payment Data – Apple receipt ID & subscription status (via RevenueCat).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the App.
  • Process in‑app purchases and manage subscriptions.
  • Send transactional notices and, with consent, craft‑related tips.
  • Detect and prevent fraud or policy violations.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

We rely on (i) performance of a contract, (ii) legitimate interests (analytics, security), and (iii) consent (marketing notifications).

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers (Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple) under strict confidentiality.
  • Authorities when required to comply with law or protect our rights.

Account data is kept while your account is active and up to 90 days after deletion, unless longer retention is required by law. Aggregated, de‑identified analytics may be stored indefinitely.
