…#633) * Move files from project-setup to standard folders * Fix all links from patterns to project-setup folder * Fix all links from translations to project-setup folder * Remove instances of project/setup in book and scripts * Point from old project-setup folder to the new folder for these files * Regenerate en toc.me locally. Not sure why the GHA did not do this.

Some of our patterns were grouped in a different subfolder
patterns/2-structured/project-setup.As we only used this grouping approach once, it created inconsistencies in all sorts of scripts and automations that we use.
Therefore I moved those files from the folder to the
project-setupfolder to the standard folders.
