Move coverage configuration to pyproject.toml file.

Hacktoberfest 2025 starts next week.

@hasansezertasan, would you be interested in participating?
I participated two years ago, and it was fun. I hope I'll have enough time this year to do it again.

@patkan, for a PR to count toward Hacktoberfest, it must be created within the deadline, right?
So, @hasansezertasan would have to close the pending PRs and recreate them starting October 1st. Am I wrong?
