Domtar is led by an Executive Committee whose members formulate and execute strategy, drive performance, and ensure alignment across the enterprise. An Advisory Board will be appointed to provide advice to both the ExCom and owner to support informed and effective decision-making.
These Domtar leaders ensure strategic alignment and implementation of our vision: to be the global leader in the forest products sector, setting a new paradigm for industry excellence through quality products, transparent practices, and strong customer relationships.
As non-executive chair and deputy chair, respectively, of the Advisory Board, Alf Barrios and Wawa Muljadi will support the coordination of activities within and between both the Advisory Board and ExCo, and will work closely with the owner to ensure effective governance.
Joseph Lin, chief of staff, serves as Advisory Board and ExCo secretary.
